One week in a BPO

My first week here is officially over n am slogging. Not that am cribbing about long work hours or coming here on weekends when i can see many of my friends chilling out happily.Am learning lotsa different things here in recruitment process, evaluation and what not but still somewhere down the line i still have this speck of doubt tat if have been too hasty in my decision to join a BPO.Can't do anything now except get on with it.

But one good thing here is the shift from a consulting background to the real corporate world & some of it's harsh realities. And back to Orkutting, chatting in yahoo & other stuff..Have to get a report ready with all the facts as to why attrition is high plus why we have dropouts at the final moment in an induction.

Get that done, followup on some guys and am done for the day.Plan to keep my appointment with my family doc on a test that's pending & my dentist who has washed his hands on me :) Hahhhhh his appointment is pending for 10 days now..

As time goes by i think i'll blog more about the company, stuffs happening here & blah blah blah..Afterall itz my blog and i can write in anything..Isn't that true Varun?

well people like using the induction training services of BPO to enhance their language skills and ... more and then come to the US.
The training program should be ideally either after fall semester or spring or the summer semester.
If you keep the induction program in month of june say.. then u`l hev more droupouts than an induction training program in august...
